COMMERCIAL PRINT LICENSE

* This license is valid starting the date of purchase.

*  This is a commercial license to sell transfers of Second Soul Designs

* Required for any company and/or individual printing & selling transfers of any kind of my designs. This includes FABRIC/ LEATHER SHOPS and printing of any kind.

You CAN print and sell the following:
* Screen print transfers

* DTF Transfers

* UV decals

* Sublimation Transfers

* Patches

* Stickers

* Tattoos

* Waterslide Decals

* Vinyl

* Printable HTV

* Fabric

* Leather

* This license is meant to be purchased alongside files, this listing contains no art work. The license is an add on, extending the usage rights of artwork purchases in addition.

* Having a Printing License does NOT give anyone ownership of any designs. The designs and all rights belong to Second Soul Designs.

*ENTIRE SHOP- THIS IS A ONE TIME FEE- After purchasing this listing, you are permitted to use aany designs you’re purchased along with this license for commercial printing purposes for the life of the design. 

* Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

You may NOT:
* Make or sell any form of digital product with my files
* Share or sell the digital file
* Upload to any sharing site or dump groups
* Copy or create designs in which look similar
* Use any of the files as elements to create your own
* Alter the files or color them ( changing the color of one color designs is fine)
* Post files on a mock up without a water mark covering the design
* Use any files to create a logo, or stand alone prints
* Ask someone to remake a design

* Failure to purchase this license may result in the right to print to be revoked, for any and all purchases without a refund.

* If you are not following the licensing terms, you may be removed and banned from using and purchasing any Second Soul Designs, including designs purchased prior. If you are unable to provide proof of licensing upon request, I have the right to revoke all commercial rights and refuse further sales and service.

* Due to the nature of digital purchases, I do not accept any refunds or exchanges.

* If you find any errors in the file, please contact me and I will fix the issue.
